Press Release-This was stated by Senator Sehar Kamran (TI) during a meeting held in Islamabad between Members of the National Youth Parliament of Pakistan and the Centre for Pakistan and Gulf Studies (CPGS) earlier today. The meeting was chaired by Member CPGS Advisory Board Gen (R) Syed M Owais HI(M) and President CPGS Senator Sehar Kamran (TI).
The meeting was part of the CPGS interactions with the youth of Pakistan in the Centre’s efforts to provide an effective platform for highlighting the voices and opinions of the country’s younger generations at the highest levels.
During the meeting, the Youth Minister for Foreign Affairs, Saad Khan, introduced the CPGS team to the role and structure of the Youth Parliament and highlighted the importance of the organization in increasing the exposure of young people to the mechanisms and structures of the federal government.
